We continue to analyze our programs current state to serve our institution, identifying areas for improvement, and creating action plans to address those areas. The strategic planning process includes conducting a SWOT analysis examining strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, as we set specific and measurable goals, and developing strategies to achieve those goals. This process helps us align our resources, programs, and initiatives with our mission and vision, ultimately enhancing the quality of education and student outcomes.
